Category Sponsorships
The Category Sponsorship is a great way to build brand recognition and reinforce your messaging with participants. During the Selections stage of Breakthru at Future Proof, when participants are in the platform searching for companies and individuals that are relevant to them and who they are open to meeting, they use category filters to easily and quickly narrow down to a list of relevant companies that offer solutions, technologies & services they are looking to source or partner with. That’s when your Category Sponsorship comes into play. As a category sponsor, you will appear within the top three results when a participant filters by your categories, and your listing is expandable to show everyone from the sponsor organization who is participating so attendees can easily make selections. This listing also includes your logo, URL, company description, and the listing will be enhanced with a sponsor ribbon. Each category is available to only one sponsor. Note that sponsors are displayed in the order in which participants filter categories.
Participant Guidelines
The Participant Guidelines document contains everything participants need to know about Breakthru at Future Proof, including the process, timelines, deliverables, and what happens at each step. A link to the guidelines document is included in all critical email communications with participants. As the Participant Guidelines document Sponsor, your logo is included on every other page of the document and will be seen throughout the Breakthru at Future Proof journey as participants refer to the document.
Breakthru Platform Homepage Banner Placement
The Breakthru platform is where participants manage all of their activities, including creating their profile, setting their availability, making their selections, opting into meetings, and providing their feedback on the meetings. Three branding locations are available: Upper, Middle, and Lower banners. Price is based on single banner placement; take over all three banners for a discounted rate of $90,000.
This is a highly visible branding opportunity at the heart of the Breakthru participant experience. Your logo and tagline will be placed on the right-hand screen of the Breakthru Platform Homepage, where all participants go for each pre-event step of Breakthru. *Visible on Desktop only
Banner in Complete Profile Screens
Exclusive to one company, this opportunity puts your logo on every page of the Complete Profile process (bottom left placement). The banner size is 280w x 463h and also affords you a 100-character tagline, visible to all Breakthru participants when they complete their profiles. *Visible on Desktop only

Media Coverage Set-up
This sponsorship includes a private area with a custom press wall and (1) high-top table with (2) high-chairs within Future Proof’s Boardwalk area. This sponsorship also includes two (2) all-access premium editorial media passes and one (1) non-editorial staff pass; full media lounge access; direct in-person access to speakers for interviews; semiprivate interview area with custom press wall; feature of your company’s logo, bio and backlink on the media page of Future Proof’s website.

Meeting Space
The Meeting Space – 10×10 includes 1x custom branded canopy with your logo on top and your company name in capital letters across the awning, 2x custom-produced side/back walls to define your space, and 5x Hosted meetings with qualified financial advisors, limited partners, and/or wealth management executives. The space is 10’ deep by 10’ wide. Your meeting space will be accessible Monday & Tuesday (full days) and Wednesday (half-day). Breakthru meetings will take place on Monday & Tuesday in the dedicated Breakthru space.
Standard Exhibit Space
The Standard Exhibit option is 10ft deep by 20ft wide. Includes *5x hosted Breakthru meetings, two custom branded canopy tents, 2x custom-produced 10 ft-by-10 ft panels to define your space (2x back walls), and up to 2x six-foot tables with black skirts and four chairs. Exhibiting days are full days on Monday & Tuesday with a half-day on Wednesday.
Large Exhibit Space
The Large Exhibit option is 20ft deep by 20ft wide and includes *5x hosted Breakthru meetings. Future Proof has preferred experiential marketing vendors available to facilitate custom build-outs, or you can use your own vendor or agency. If you’d prefer to build your activation under Future Proof-provided canopies, we can allocate up to four (4) complimentary custom-branded tents for you. Note that back/side walls are not included for 20×20 builds to support a 360-degree brand experience. Exhibiting days are full days on Monday & Tuesday with a half-day on Wednesday.
Extra Large Exhibit Space
The Extra-Large Exhibit option is 20ft deep by 30ft wide and includes *5x hosted Breakthru meetings. Hotel Pool Side Cabana
The Hotel Cabana Meeting Space includes one (1) semi-private furnished outdoor cabana and branded signage throughout the event (half day Sunday; full days Monday/Tuesday; half day Wednesday). The look and feel of the cabanas vary by location; cabanas are available at the Hyatt, Hilton, & Pasea properties.

Future Proof offers more than 150 unique destinations within the outdoor space. These pylons are positioned in highly trafficked and visible locations as thousands of attendees reference them for directions. Have your all-white logo featured on all four sides of these 8′ tall directional pylons, allowing your brand influence to expand north and south throughout the entire outdoor space. Sponsorship is for two 4-sided directional pylons. We handle production and installation, you receive maximum exposure.
Attendee Beach Bag
The beach bag sponsorship includes prominent logo placement on the front of the beach bag alongside the Future Proof logo. These high-quality bags are a utility for every attendee, speaker, media, and sponsor while at the event and will be used long after the event. We handle production and distribution; you receive maximum exposure.
Attendee Beach Bag Drop (Bag Insert)
Provide each of our attendees with your company’s SWAG, branded material, and more. The sponsor is responsible for the production and shipment of material. Future Proof Operations must approve all items before shipment. No 8×11 one-pagers.
Attendee Event App
The Future Proof attendee application is released one-month prior to Future Proof Citywide. Event attendees can use the mobile app for each stage of Breakthru (including all pre-event stages) as well as onsite for everything Breakthru/Future Proof related. The app release is announced via an email campaign, and via messaging included in critical participant updates and emails. As the sole sponsor of the Mobile App, your logo will appear on three important stages during the app experience: the splash page, which all users see whenever the app is launched, and the home page. In addition, your logo will also be placed at the bottom of the email sent to all participants to promote downloading the mobile app. Attendees use the Future Proof attendee app pre-event as well as on-site for a large range of functionality, including completing meeting profiles and making prospective selections.
Daily Breakfast Sponsor
The exclusive breakfast sponsorship includes prominent branding at the entrance and exits of the Food Pavilion during breakfast hours. With an estimated 2,500+ attendees attending Future Proof Citywide 2025, we will transport thousands of attendees from hotel to hotel, hotel to Future Proof, and back throughout the four-day event. The Hotel Shuttle Sponsorship includes exclusive brand promotion side-by-side with the Future Proof logo on all Future Proof hotel shuttle vehicles and the opportunity to include a branded item or piece of company material for all passengers.

The interactive map sponsorship is designed to expand your brand messaging throughout the entire outdoor venue. Strategically placed in high-trafficked and easily found areas, these touchscreen boards will allow all Future Proof attendees to engage with your brand while navigating the outdoor venue. There will be (5) interactive maps with upgrades available.
Interactive Q&A Session Platform
Your logo will be featured exclusively on large signage located at the entrance of each session area, noting you as the exclusive Q&A session provider, and digitally on all session screens during each session’s live audience Q&A segment. Over 100 sessions and thousands of people engage directly with your brand throughout the four-day event.
Lanyards
Printed exclusively with your logo next to the Future Proof logo, these lanyards must be worn by all Future Proof attendees at all times throughout the four-day event. Your logo will be featured on thousands of shared imagery for millions to see beyond the borders of Future Proof. We handle production & distribution, and you receive maximum exposure.
LED Board Package
Promote your brand, messaging, products or services through a 7-to-10-second ad, on rotation across mulitple LED boards throughout the entire four-day event. Your advertisement will play every 3 minutes (approx.) on flanking LED billboards on the Ocean, Surf City, and Social Audio Experiment Stages. Sponsor is responsible for developing advertisement, we manage on-site display.
Liquidity Sponsor
With the Liquidity Sponsorship, two companies can take over both (2) Hydration Stations and all nonplastic water bottles throughout Future Proof. All nonplastic, reusable water bottles distributed throughout the event, including all water displayed on stages and given to our speakers, will be branded with your logo. This sponsorship encompasses all ordering, graphics, shipping, and handling service charges for high-quality bottles. (1) bottles will be distributed to each attendee at event check-in, and additional water bottles will be available at both food pavilions and all attendee concierge locations.
Media Lounge
The Media Lounge sponsorship includes exclusive branding throughout the dedicated media space; custom signage, branded power stations, and a lounge area with branded pillows and tables. Experientially, you’ll be prominently displayed through a complimentary breakfast with branded napkins, fresh coffee, and refreshments throughout the event. You also have the ability to provide each editorial credentialed attendee with a branded gift. Upgrades in the form of F&B enhancements, experiential services, and design elements are available upon request.
Notebook

Official 2024 “Future Proof Live” Stream Sponsor
The Future Proof Live Stream Sponsorship includes one (1) custom-built branded structure, branded furniture and broadcasting set, branded lounge decor, and dedicated meeting space for your company for four days of the event (half day Sunday; full days Monday/Tuesday; half day Wednesday), 1x executive interview, A&V setup and live streaming service.

Printed exclusively with your logo, these custom pens will be placed in each attendee’s Future Proof beach bag, which is distributed at event check-in. We handle production and distribution, and you receive maximum exposure.
Photo Activation – Impact Unit
Future Proof garners millions of digital impressions. This high-impact brand awareness piece is designed to increase brand visibility and shareability and will be located in a highly trafficked area within the outdoor space. These custom-built 10ft by 10ft pieces allow your graphics team to embrace the event ethos and create a visual experience for the audience and media. In addition, your logo will be prominently positioned next to the Future Proof logo. The final design is subject to Future Proof approval prior to production.
Registration (Digital & On-Site)
This sponsorship is available to only one organization. As the registration sponsor, your organization’s logo will be featured on Future Proof’s registration page leading up to the event – that’s ~ten months of exposure and hundreds of thousands of eyeballs directly on your brand. (The logo on this page needs to be all-white.)
Your logo will also be placed at the top of each individual registration page for each pass type and at the bottom of every confirmation email sent to all registered attendees.
This is one of the strongest and longest-lasting brand awareness elements of Future Proof.
Session Area: Art Deco Stage
The Art Deco Stage area sponsorship includes prominent brand placement alongside the Future Proof logo. Your all-white logo will be featured on the back-of-house and front-of-house AV canopies (both highly visible to all attendees), on a large step-and-repeat stage backdrop, stage skirt, and audience chairbacks. Approximately 35% of all content occurs at this stage. Your logo will be displayed evergreen on our content channel as the background to recorded sessions. Session Area: Ocean Drive Stage
The Ocean Drive Stage area sponsorship includes prominent brand placement alongside the Future Proof logo. Your all-white logo will be featured on the back-of-house and front-of-house AV canopies (both highly visible to all attendees), on a massive step-and-repeat stage backdrop, stage skirt, and speaker sails that flank the stage. Approximately 35% of all content and the opening acts during the music festival occur at this stage. Street Art Mural
Future Proof will commission a local muralist to create a custom 10×10 mural live during the event. The artist will work with you to include your company, products, and services in their design. The Street Art Mural sponsorship includes one 10’x10’ canvas structure, two 1-hour inspiration calls with a local artist, a live commissioned piece, and an adjacent 10×10 dedicated meeting space for your company to leverage during exhibiting days (full days Monday & Tuesday, half-day on Wednesday).
Sunscreen
Printed exclusively with your logo, these mini sunscreen bottles will be placed in each attendee’s beach bag and provided to them at event check-in. We handle production and distribution; you receive maximum exposure.
Wi-Fi Provider
This sponsorship includes displays showcasing your brand, logo promotion on the back of every attendee badge as a Wi-Fi provider, and the ability to customize Wi-Fi network password.

Annual Future Proof Insights Report
As the exclusive partner of the annual Future Proof insights report, your company will digitally receive prominent brand promotion and thought leadership via a published report distributed to thousands of influential wealth management professionals.
The report will feature analysis and insights from Future Proof based on proprietary audience and content data, the latest industry trends, and a series of attendee interviews. Your CEO will also have an opportunity to be featured in an interview within the report.
Daily Drip
Each morning of Future Proof, we send a Daily Drip email highlighting the Daily Drip Sponsor above the fold, including key highlights from the day prior, the daily recap video link, and what to keep top of mind for the day ahead. Your branding can include a short call-to-action and redirect to a separate webpage.
